Are you struggling with feeling like you are not enough as a parent, partner, family member, or friend? Do you often find yourself sad, worried, or overwhelmed? Do you ever feel like no one truly listens to you and your problems are minimized by others? I am so glad you are here, and I am happy to help you.
I work with adults who have a variety of presenting concerns. My passions include treating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, women’s issues, and parenting issues. It is extremely important to me to be LQBTQ+ affirming and anti-oppressive. Everyone is welcome here!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (IA #082973) and National Certified Counselor. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services from Iowa State University.
In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, working on creative projects, and spending time outside.
